Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinned
  • 4 ounces baby spinach
  • 3 scallions
  • 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • Vegetable oil
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Cut salmon into 1/4-inch dice, then stir together with spinach, scallions, ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
