Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons shallots
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup lowfat buttermilk
  • ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon olive oil
    • 8 cups mixed greens
    • 5 tablespoons capers
    • 1 pound salmon fillet
    • ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Combine mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon shallots, 1 teaspoon mustard, buttermilk and juice in a bowl; set aside.
