Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Dash lemon juice, plus more to taste
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 5 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • ½ package frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 large egg

    • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
    • 1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
    • 1 large leek, white and pale green parts only, thinly sliced
    • 5 tablespoons butter
