Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Dill sprigs (optional)
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 small red potatoes

    • 3 tablespoons finely minced red onion
    • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skinned
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen green peas, cooked
    • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

    • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Boil potatoes in water just until tender. Drain and place in ice water; drain well. Quarter potatoes; chill. Preheat broiler.
