Ingredients

  • 6 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 5 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • 6 lemon wedges
  • Fleur de sel
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups watercress leaves amd small sprigs
    • 11 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 cup crème frache or sour cream
    • ¼ cup fresh tarragon leaves
    • ¼ cup small fresh dill sprigs
