Sauteed Salmon with Red Onion Marmalade
Ingredients
- Chive flowers, as garnish
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons red wine
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 red onions, cut into 1-inch dice
