Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Chives

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 8 large eggs

Beat eggs, 2 tablespoons chives and milk in bowl to blend. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until golden, about 15 minutes. Add egg mixture.
