  • ¼ pound fresh tomatillos*

  • 1 fresh poblano chile*
  • 3 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 scant cup cilantro sprigs

    • four 5-ounce pieces salmon fillet with skin
