  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ cup uncooked couscous
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup sesame seeds
    • 1 ¼ cups water
    • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil

Preheat broiler. Combine sesame seeds, rind, and salt in a shallow dish. Drizzle oil over fish. Dredge fish in sesame mixture. Place the fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
