  • 1 tsp. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cinnamon, Saigon
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 bag (10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 lb. salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil, divided
  • 1 Tbs. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika, Smoked
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. McCormick® Gourmet Collection Thyme Leaves, divided
    • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
    • 1 Tbs. brown sugar

Mix orange juice, 2 Tbs. of the oil and 1 tsp.of the thyme in small bowl. Place salmon in glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat. Cover.
