Smoked-Salmon and Cucumber Rolls
- 1 seedless cucumber (usually plastic-wrapped)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
- ¼ cup fresh chives
- ¼ teaspoon salt
