  • ¼ cup fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 seedless cucumber (usually plastic-wrapped)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
