Ingredients

  • 8 ounces room-temperature cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons jarred horseradish
  • 1 pound sliced smoked salmon
  • Potato chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, horseradish, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Serve with the salmon and potato chips.
