Smoked Salmon Chowder
Ingredients
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
- 1 large stalk celery
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups milk (any fat content)
- ½ cup heavy cream
