Smoked Salmon Omelet

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 4 grinds freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2-½ tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 pinches kosher salt
- 1 Tbs. water
- 2 large or extra-large eggs
- + 7 more ingredients

- 1 Tbs. chopped red onion
- 2 Tbs. cream cheese, cut into pieces
- A few drops fresh lemon juice
- Several grinds freshly ground black pepper
- 1 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon, sliced into 1-inch strips (to yield 2 Tbs. )
- 1 Tbs. chopped tomato
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter
Season the smoked salmon with the pepper and lemon juice. Proceed with the omelet preparation.
