  • 2 ounces hot-smoked (kippered) salmon, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 large egg whites, lightly beaten
  • ½ teaspoon salt

    • 2 tablespoons butter

    • 1 cup bread flour (about 4 3/4 ounces)
