Smoked Salmon Puffs

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• Cooking spray
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ¼ cup chopped green onions
• 1 cup bread flour (about 4 3/4 ounces)
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 4 large egg whites, lightly beaten
