Ingredients

  • 12 8-inch flour tortillas (not low-fat)
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 ounces soft mild goat cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives
  • 1 pound sliced smoked salmon (preferably Nova)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
