Spice-Crusted Salmon
Ingredients
- One 2-½ lb. skin-on salmon fillet
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil; more for oiling the salmon
- Kosher salt
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbs. fennel seeds
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 Tbs. coriander seeds
- 2 Tbs. sesame seeds
