Spicy Salmon with Tomatoes and Star Anise
Ingredients

- 4 plum tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (such as Asian)
- ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
