Sweet-and-Spicy Salmon Tacos

Ingredients

  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (1- to 1 ½-pound) salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons salt-free Mexican seasoning blend, divided
  • ½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix (10 cups shredded red and/or green cabbage)
