Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp with Passion Fruit Mustard

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 8 large shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 8 thin slices lean bacon
  • Cilantro leaves

    • Extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 Thai red chile
