Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp with Rosemary and Stilton
- 20 uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 10 bacon slices
- Balsamic vinegar
- Crumbled Stilton cheese, or other blue cheese
