Basic Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
- 2 teaspoons coarsely chopped Italian parsley, for garnish
- Pasta, crusty bread, or rice, for serving (optional)
- 1 pound raw, peeled, deveined shrimp with tails on (thawed, if frozen)
- ¼ cup dry white wine or vermouth
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Kosher salt
- + 2 more ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
