Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 18 jumbo shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ stick unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1 ½ teaspoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley

    • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
    • ½ bunch celery
    • ¼ cup scallions
    • ½ cup sour cream
