Caesar Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta recipe


  • ¼ cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ lb. thin fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • ¼ cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 4 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and asparagus; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in zest and juice. DRAIN pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Place pasta in large bowl. ...
