  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 T olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 T fresh parsley

    • 6 c water
    • 1 lb shrimp
    • ½ stick butter
    • ½ medium onion, finely diced
    • 2 stalk celery stalks, diced
    • 3 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 T All-purpose flour
    • 2 T tomato paste
    • 1 t basil, dried
    • ½ t cajun seasoning
    • ½ t everglades seasoning
    • ½ t cayenne pepper
    • 1 t hungarian paprika
    • 3 c half and half
    • 2 c shrimp stock
    • 1 dried bay leaf
    • 3 T louisianna hot sauce
    • 1 t kosher salt, to taste
    • 3 green onions
