Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup canola oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 yellow onion
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
