    • ½ cup cornmeal
    • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs (use gluten free if needed)
    • 1 egg
    • ¾ cup milk
    • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
    • 1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled + deveined
    • Shrimp
    • ½ cup fresh parsley
    • 4 green onions, sliced
    • 2 ears
    • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
    • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 cup purple cabbage, sliced
    • 8 cups of butter lettuce, chopped
    • Salad
    • ½ teaspoon pepper
    • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 pounds unpeeled russet potatoes, cut into wedges or strips

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, cajun seasoning, creole seasoning and pepper. Gently toss with your hands or two spatulas to evenly coat.
