California Spot Prawns with Thai Seasoning

Ingredients

    • 0.5 medium seedless cucumber
    • 0.5 cup(s) plain whole-milk yogurt
    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) minced hot chile
    • 2 tablespoon(s) grapeseed or vegetable oil
    • 2 Hass avocados
    • 1 teaspoon(s) minced shallot
    • 16 large California spot prawns or shrimp
    • 1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger
