Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 ½ teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 ½ limes, cut into 12 wedges
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
