  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (7-ounce) package sweetened flaked coconut
  • 18 unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Maui Mustard Sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup fine, dry breadcrumbs (commercial)
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup beer
    • Salt
    • Peanut oil
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
