  • 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • Pineapple Salsa
  • 12 jumbo shrimp
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • Vegetable oil
