Creamy Goat Cheese Pasta with Spicy-Sweet Peppers & Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) package DeLallo Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 cup chopped DeLallo Pepperazzi™ peppers
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup chicken stock

    • 4 ounces soft goat cheese
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 3 ounces baby spinach leaves
    • 1 pinch DeLallo Natural Fine Sea Salt
    • 1 pinch ground black pepper
