Creole Shrimp & Rice -


  • 4-½ cups cooked white rice see savings
  • 1 can (14-½ ounces) stewed tomatoes see savings
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped see savings
  • 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced see savings
  • ½ large onion, chopped see savings
  • 2 large green peppers, seeded and chopped see savings
  • 3 teaspoons Creole seasoning (such as McCormick) see savings

    • ¾ pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined see savings
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil see savings
