Creole Shrimp & Sausage Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ pound uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can (14-½ ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
    • ½ pound smoked sausage, cut into ¼-inch slices
    • ¾ teaspoon Creole seasoning, divided
    • ½ teaspoon chili powder
    • 1 cup quick-cooking bulgur
    • ½ cup chicken broth
    • ½ cup water
