Creole Shrimp Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons dry red wine
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 6 ounces peeled medium-size fresh shrimp
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chopped celery (about 1 large rib)
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 6 ounces halibut fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
