Creole Shrimp with Garlic and Lemon


  • 0.25 cup(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 pound(s) large shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Creole seasoning
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • Juice of 2 lemons

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the garlic, Creole seasoning and bell pepper. In a skillet, sauté the shrimp in the oil over moderately high heat, turning the shrimp once, until just white throughout. Add the lemon juice and parsley and serve.
