  • 1 pound(s) Large Shrimp (approx. 24), peeled, deveined
  • 2 teaspoon(s) water
  • 1 Large Eggland's Best egg
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
  • 1 cup(s) Breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup(s) shredded coconut , toasted
