Crunchy Shrimp Wontons with Green-Onion Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, plus leaves and tender stems from 24 sprigs
- 24 square wonton wrappers
- ¼ cup orange juice
- + 5 more ingredients

- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 24 large shell-on shrimp (20 to 24 per lb.)
- Vegetable oil for frying
