Easy Rosemary Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons light butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and marinate 4 hours. Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 6 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring after 3 minutes.
