  • 1 (16-ounce) package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked meat, poultry, or shrimp
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • Water
    • ½ teaspoon salt

Stir together coleslaw mix; meat, poultry, or shrimp; ginger; pressed garlic; pepper; and salt.Brush water around outer edge of each egg roll wrapper.
