Egg-White Frittata with Shrimp, Tomato, and Spinach
Ingredients
- 2 cups egg whites, beaten (about 16 eggs)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons chives, snipped
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
