Fettuccine with Shrimp

Ingredients

• Vegetable oil cooking spray
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 1 medium onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• ¼ cup dry white wine
• 1 tablespoon fresh basil

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
