Fried Shrimp with Peanut Sauce


  • ¾ pound small shrimp, shelled
  • cayenne
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons scallion greens
  • 7 1/3 tablespoons water
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 large garlic clove

    • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
