Garlic Roasted Shrimp Cocktail
- 1-½ lb. jumbo shrimp (16-20 count), shells peeled, tails left on
- Cocktail Sauce
- 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (about 1 tablespoon)
