  • 3 lemons
  • ¼ cup fresh oregano
  • 3 pounds jumbo shrimp in shell (7 or 8 per lb)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 large garlic cloves

Snip through shells of shrimp along middle of back using kitchen shears, exposing vein and leaving tail and adjoining segment of shell intact. Devein shrimp, leaving shells in place.
