Grilled Miso Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove
- 3 scallions
- 0.5 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) sambal oelek
- 1 tablespoon(s) finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) yellow miso

- 1 pound(s) large shrimp
Light a grill or preheat a grill pan. In a bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons of the lime juice with the miso, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic and brown sugar. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
