Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • ½ English cucumber
  • 2 pita loaves (preferably pocketless)
  • 6 ounces feta
  • 6 (8-inch) bamboo skewers
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ small red onion
    • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
    • 1 garlic clove

Prepare grill for cooking. Whisk together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons oil, half of oregano, half of garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
