Ingredients

  • 32 jumbo shrimp veined
  • 0.5 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sambal oelek or other Asian chile sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped oregano
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh orange juice

In a bowl, whisk the sambal oelek with the lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice and oregano. Whisk in the 1/2 cup of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Light a grill or preheat a grill pan.
