Grilled Shrimp with Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • Vinaigrette:
  • ½ c white wine vinegar
  • 3 T orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 T lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 1 T whole-grain mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • + 17 more ingredients
    • 2 t chopped cilantro
    • 1 T honey
    • Shrimp:
    • 2 T olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
    • ¼ t red pepper flakes
    • 12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    • ½ t salt
    • White pepper
    • Tomato Salad:
    • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
    • 4 Roma tomatoes
    • 12 red grape tomatoes, cut into halves
    • 12 yellow pear tomatoes, cut into halves
    • ½ t salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • 4 T basil, cut into thin ribbons
