  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt
  • 1-½ oz. (3 Tbs.) cold unsalted butter, cut into 3 pieces
  • 3 Tbs. grapeseed or canola oil
  • 8 large cloves garlic, coarsely chopped (about ¼ cup)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup sake or dry white wine
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1-½ tsp. sweet paprika
    • 3-½ oz. (¾ cup) all-purpose flour
    • 1 lb. extra-jumbo shrimp (16 to 20 per lb.), peeled, deveined, and patted dry
